From the early mid 60s (and looking VERY 50s) it is not sure if the hem was taken up or is original length. However, you cannot make it longer. Back metal zipper. Big white poly knit collar. Sleeveless (did I really need to say that?). Belt is navy vinyl imitating patent leather. No belt loops! No maker label. The navy dot fabric is Dacron jersey, so very drape-y.
